Shipping & Returns Policy

All BADR313 items are made to order. Once you place an order, our printing partner prints your design onto the garment and prepares it for shipping. Because items are made specifically for you, please double-check your size, colour and shipping address before completing checkout.

Shipping

We currently ship UK only.

Standard UK shipping: £4.99 per order. Shipping is a flat rate set by us and may differ from the rate charged by our fulfilment partner.

Most orders are produced in 2–7 business days before dispatch. During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch (this is an estimate and may vary).

Where available, we’ll email you tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Please ensure your address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will offer a replacement or a refund (as appropriate). Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number, clear photos of the issue (and packaging if relevant), and a short description of the problem. We work with our fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve these issues.

If your order appears lost, please contact us and we’ll help investigate. We may ask you to wait a short period in case the parcel is delayed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refund timing can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Returns address

Do not send returns to the address on the package unless we confirm it in writing. As a print-on-demand brand, returns (when approved) must be handled in coordination with our fulfilment partner.
